操作規(guī)程 Safe operation rules
起重機(jī)的操作必須符合GB6067《起重機(jī)械安全規(guī)程》中有關(guān)規(guī)定的要求。
The operation of the crane must conform to the requirements of relevant regulations in GB6067 Safety Rules for Lifting Appliances.
● 嚴(yán)禁起吊超過(guò)額定起重量的物品。
It is strictly prohibited to lift goods that exceeds rated load lifting capacity.
● 嚴(yán)禁吊運(yùn)的貨物在人頭上越過(guò)。
Lifting goods is strictly prohibited to pass over people’s head.
● 空中運(yùn)行時(shí)，吊具位置不得低于一個(gè)人的高度。
When running in the air, the position of slings for lifting goods should not be lower than the height of a person.
● 嚴(yán)禁用吊具斜拉提升重物，更嚴(yán)禁利用起重機(jī)來(lái)?yè)苈裨诘叵碌钠魑铩?/span>
It is strictly prohibited to use slings to lift goods aslant and use crane to move and embed underground implements.
● 禁止利用電機(jī)的突然反轉(zhuǎn)為機(jī)構(gòu)的制動(dòng)。
It is strictly prohibited to use sudden reversal of the electrical machine to brake the mechanisms.
● 禁止使用限位開(kāi)關(guān)作為正常工作時(shí)的停電。
It is strictly prohibited to use limit switch as power cut in normal operation.
● 起重機(jī)在每次運(yùn)行時(shí)必須先發(fā)出警告信號(hào)。
The crane must issue a warning signal first in each run.
● 操作控制器時(shí)，不宜瞬時(shí)由零檔推向額定速度檔，而應(yīng)逐檔推動(dòng)。
● When operate the controller, it is not suitable to push from zero span to rated speed, but should push gradually.
